We engineered a multi-step booking flow with real-time conflict detection, automated GST invoice generation via jsPDF, staff management with salary tracking, a Cloud Functions-driven notification system, and a public leads API, all behind a granular RBAC system spanning 24 permissions across 9 categories, backed by Firebase Admin SDK and NextAuth.
