Padmavati ran multiple Kharghar branches on manual order-taking and paper KOTs, with no stock visibility, no GST-ready billing, and no way to accept online orders without losing margin to a third-party aggregator.
We engineered a branch-aware platform spanning a Next.js customer ordering site with Razorpay checkout, an Electron-based POS for counter staff with thermal-printer KOT generation, a kitchen display system, and offline-first order syncing over Firebase Realtime Database so the till keeps working through connectivity drops. A 1920x1080 kiosk menu display rounds out the in-store experience.
